FPMC Has a New Day Center
Thanks to the generous support from many individuals
in the community, FPMC was able to purchase a new day center
in July of 2005. The day center is located at 303 Peach Avenue
in Aberdeen.

What the Day Center Means
According to the director, Susan Bellew, the day center serves
as the administrative offices of FPMC. It is also the legal
address for our homeless families and is where they bathe
and do laundry. The upstairs has four bedrooms where families
keep their personal items.
Each room has a bed or crib where children can take naps. It
is also a private space for the families while they are in the
program. The upstairs also has one and a half baths.
Downstairs is a family room, kitchen, and laundry room. There
are two rooms that serve as offices for the director and staff.
Built in 1930, the house is comfortable and spacious.
The FPMC staff invites you to stop by and see our facility
located off U.S. Hwy 1 behind Johnny O's Awards (across from
the Aberdeen Fire Department).
